69 Coronet, 440 6 pack ex wannabee in Aus

Got to add some tools to the arsenal over the last year. amazing how much better your work becomes once you have some decent tools.
English wheel i havent had much time on but it did make the patch panels in the wheel arch a breeze. I motorized the bead roller, which is just night and day now and added a tipping die set, the little bender is great but quite limited and the new compressor is pretty good to, slow but quiet.

You have a great car there. You are doing amazing work on it. As I've said on the other thread, that 727 sure needs serious work. Keep it up! I'm a guy that did the mechanical stuff, trans, motors, rear axles. But guys that did body work were always amazing to me. Go!!

Haha yeah the bloke had a way with words alright. The ad online was actually pretty funny. Should have been a red flag straight up haha.
That's over with now....you know what happened, and now you have a chance to make the car right again.

You'll get there.....plenty of help available here at FBBO from good people if you need it.

Im just about to start making new brake lines, its a front disc slider with 10'' rear drums. Do i need the distribution block or the proportioning valve? it has the distribution block on it atm. Also the adjustable valve for the rear, does that go after the D Block/ P Valve or in between that and the MC.

Tore down the rear axle. Blasted it and painted it in a 2K satin black. Turned out alright. Most of it looked ok but I’m on the hunt for a rebuild kit. Maybe Dr Diff? Anyone know what the pink splash of paint means on the axles?

Im about to start making fuel lines for the car. With a 440 6 pack, what fuel line size? 3/8? Do i need to run that vapour line in the boot? Is there a return line with the 6 pack carbs?
