I glazed and sanded all that raw filler work...... only another 9 hours or so.

this part of the job sucks, I do it all by hand........ I just push through it'

but 3, 3 hour shifts is pretty much an *** whoopin

I'll get epoxy on all this open stuff on Sunday

pics might not look much different, but my hands hurt

That would kill me now days having RA. Anything repetitive flairs my joints up.

another couple of days the entire exterior body will be sealed up.....except the trunk lid. I suppose that is next on the list

a little about the car, I kinda forgot......... pretty nicely optioned 440 auto, console, disc brakes, light package, clock, green glass, headrests, GG1 with black vinyl top.


trunk pan and dutchman are original...... both need a little work, but pretty decent.....I did put a full floor in it...... quarter skins, drops, and outer wheelhouses were done 25 years ago........

it's been on the rotisserie twice, and hung from a tree.......so round 4 is coming

fenders and hood are very nice originals........ roof is immaculate

I put frame connectors in it with the floor........it's a non numbers car, so I don't care about stock....... it's a day 2 build all the way, doesn't need to be the fastest, just clean and a little obnoxious

I have some pics from 2006 ish........ I'm a little embarrassed because I've been this close before; but it didn't happen back then.

since then AMD came out with door skins........ mine were pretty patched up, so I ripped back into them.

maybe it's a good thing the project was shelved for almost 20 years......... it will be fresh
