About back pain, years ago I was having terrible back pain. In the morning I would have to roll out of bed onto the floor and then pull myself up just to get on my feet.

One day I was at a retail store and they had a sale on mattresses and I bought one. First night I slept on it I got up the next morning without any pain whatsoever. Never had that pain again. Here it was the mattresses that was causing it.

Great point. I bought a sleep number mattress a few years ago and haven't looked back. Well worth the coin.
