I feel for you guys. I should have seen this topic this time last year because I was in the same boat. As I recall, I ordered a 71 Demon part and even tho I can't remember exactly which part it was, I had to wait 3 months to get it after paying. I did the same stuff. Gave him the patience he asked for. You know .....personal issues and divorce he told me. But after 2 weeks with the identical BS excuses we read above ( I mean like it was a recording!) and finally filed a claim, he did get the parts out.
I would think with those charges, it's time for him to shut down because he's gonna do some time.....but then again, it's Oregano and probably not.

I'm just glad I paid by Visa and after 4 months of the Lackner fuggaround, I got my money back. I didn't even tell him, I don't even think he knew the charges were reversed.
Mr. Lackner desperately needs a comeuppance.

ALL of my transactions on FB are face to face and $$$ in hand. And I'm always armed!! Also have a way to check C notes in front of them! So far so good and can't complain about any of my transactions. Now there are many that want to know 'it this still available' and most times I say yes but thinking about adding that to my ads. If the ad is still up, yes it's still available you moron....well, I won't add in moron but have thought about it lol.

Just today had a guy tell me that his 'tool trailer' got stolen and low balled me on mine. What I have for sale on FB is a 24' box trailer for 5750 and this 'down and out' buyer offered 4500. Told him I'd take 5k and he said he would see what he could do and haven't heard from him again and don't expect to hear from him again.

I have a few stories of dumb asses that came to buy what they thought was 'like new' after advertising the stuff as used but good. How bout an E body that was nothing but a shell and the guy that showed up thinking he could just drop in an engine and drive it? Chased his *** off with the threat of a shot gun! Didn't take him long to leave once I acted like I was about to grab a shot gun. Gotta admit, that was a funny day seeing him haul *** out of my 100 foot driveway!
