A few weeks ago I joined the B-Bodies Club, when I was 17 in 1969 I wanted to own a 1969 Road Runner. So I just purchased one, a restored 383 4 speed Vitamin C color. The car has only 49,000 miles, I am very excited about the car. I have changed out the shifter with the correct replacemnet from Hurst and have also added a orginal restored wood accesory steering wheel. I just wanted to get started with the group with a little information about what is going on with me.

Nice. Welcome. In 1969 I was 4, and barely remember these cars when new, in the early 70s I was aware of the winged cars, Chargers, and Roadrunners, guys in NH had 'em when I was a kid...I was in awe then, and still am!

I know how that goes! When I retired from the Army I thought I'd have all the time to mess with my cars, nope, school, and my media blasting is keeping me BUSY!
