motor plates

so guys, I bought the 67 R/T with the motor plates as you see in the pic. I may bring the car to the track every so often, but will be mostly a street machine. I have a 440 under 600hp - so just looking for opinions or advice using the motor plates. Been told to install rubber bolt bushings where I can. The car has a full cage built in from front to back.

Us them and forget the rubber. Yes you will feel more engine vibration. But hay it looks like a race car might as well feal like one.

The plates are there,use them! Don't forget the spacer on the crank.

I run a motor plate, w/ a "race" balanced 505' stroker kit from hughs, a .628 lift solid roller, and it is butter smooth w/ no rubber anything.
