I took a old open end wrench and ground it thinner, then ground the outsides until I made it fit so it clears everything, works perfect.
Choke can stay if your just removing the inlet fittings.
If you don't want them anymore, drill a hole into each threaded portion and put in a piece of rod. You should only have to turn it a bit to break them loose.
Stuff a wad of cotton in first if you're worried about metal chips in the bowls.

I ended up grinding down the box-end wrench to fit in there.
It worked perfectly.
I’m adding a fuel regulator and changing out the lines; going with black fittings at the same time.
