The Charger would be my first choice also. I don't know how long it takes to get bonded titles with clean VIN's, but it seems that the Charger is going to be the last one your able to have clear ownership of. Also you mentioned that you wanted one to drive and enjoy. If I were doing this, I would just go ahead with the 70 R/T as it looks to be the easiest to finish and enjoy. I would do this while getting the paperwork in order on the others. Once the paperwork is in order I would do the 68 Charger and probably unload the other 2 for the funds to do the Charger.
For bonded title, took about 9 months here in MN. They did not communicate well..

I think MN is worse than Iowa. From what I read, the vehicle has to be roadworthy before they will process it.

The Chargers will be upscale great driving cars. Had many. The AAR/TA's I have had 8. Love em. All E bodies look sexy, all I have ever had but ONE, rattled, gave me the impression of cheap, must be the door panels.

300 hundred bucks in dyna mat, or thermotech makes all the difference, fully cover behind the plastic panels, put it on with a heat gun and a roller. I also did floor, firewall, rearshelf and pans. I would not waste any money on a car without a clear problem free title and a matching dash vin tag at the very least.

those door panels you had to bring that up! like having a bad song stuck in your head!

Update and decision made:

I sold the 70 charger to a very happy new owner. I got tired of playing around with the IA title bonding process and sold it without one.

I now have titles to both the 70 TA and the 68 RT, thanks to a kind and helpful member of this forum who assisted me in getting them. Thank you again!!

I have had the TA the longest and it's the closest to being done, so I am going to finish it. The engine is at the machine shop and I will tear into it when I get it back.

The 68 RT I am currently working with a shipper to get it to IA.

Like the majority here
I'd say do the 68 Charger R/T 1st
(it may not be the 1st done)
probably the most value when done correctly too

albeit you already own this, admitted that it's near done too
do the 70 Challenger T/A Six-Pak 340 car

I'd say to have a 70 AAR `cuda 340-6bbl 4 speed
but that's not on your list :poke:
I've always liked the `cuda body styling better for an E-body
that's just my personal preferences

Although I'm not a big E body fan, I'd love to have a plum crazy 4 speed AAR Cuda.

And today....... The 68 RT is home!!!!
