How much daylight do you get today? Sunrise here at 7:45, sunset at 5:30, so nine hours, 45 minutes. Not as much as i would like, but not bad.

I knew a guy that was a TOTAL downer of a guy. He was a virgin until 27 and fell in love with his first piece, a skank that felt sorry for him.
One day he mentioned that his birthday was December 21st. I said...Hey, that is the shortest DAY of the year.
The idiot responded...That is just my luck.....Born on the shortest day of the year.

It’s light here for a few hours. The sun isn’t up, but it’s light. Stays this way for a while, but once the days start getting longer it’s a very dramatic change. We gain seven minutes per day at the peak. Then it’s light, non stop for a few months. Love that. A loose rule of thumb is that if it’s warm enough to ride a motorcycle it’s not going to get dark enough to need your headlights.
