Just heard that France beat us in the Olympics. "Supposedly " THE best in the world lose to France? Maybe their salaries for their regular seasons to come should be cut?! I'm sure nobody else in the Olympics gets anywhere close to their salaries. Oh crap, I'm done.

Entertainers wages have been out of whack for quite awhile now. Only thing bigger than their wages are their egos.

I've always Respected The Olympic Atheletes, for Their Dedication to Their Sport, AND THE HONOR TO REPRESENT YOUR COUNTRY, To Excel In Achievement.
The Olympics were NEVER MEANT TO HOST PROFESSIONAL, PAID PLAYERS, For A VACTION AROUND THE WORLD. This has Really taken away, from Those Who STILL POSESS, The True Olympic Ideal.
Look up, and Listen to The Olympic Oath, that ALL should Recite, Upon Entering The Games...
 
Considering that most, at one time were on college scholarships I think that if they can’t spell NBA then they should get minimum wage. How many guys in the NFL could actually spell that? Not many, I bet.

Of course my favorite was the 1980 Winter Olympics US hockey team vs the world. Mostly Minnesota boys beat the best in the world, Swedes & Russkies. Start of a good decade.

I believe the way it works is that they all volunteer for Olympic duty (but I'm sure there are a lot of perks that we don't know about). Pretty embarrassing for them considering the US winning record since they started sending NBA players to the Olympics.
 
I have been enjoying watching all of the American hater sports lose.. Especially the pink haired dyke on the soccer team....

Just think, these “professional basketball players” are paid millions of dollars to put a ball through a hoop. Why? Any trained seal could it for much less!
