Building AC lines just got simple.

I used them on my Hemi conversion wired the Trinary switch incorrectly the pressure hit 450 PSI & blew the safety valve on the Sanden compressor hoses didn't leak 12 months in still no leaks

That’s fine.
I seem to have a critical eye for many things that dont bother other people.
Imagine being the guy with a sensitive sense of smell and he lives near a county dump! I wish I could turn my senses off sometimes.
I have that same annoying trait but I used my powers for goodness and became a QA Engineer

Anyway I think may add HVAC to the Coronet next year and that makes it a little easier for a DIYer. I was gonna buy the crimp tool but if this option is less than the tool I’d call it a win.

I recall reading about their "reduced barrier" hoses about a year and a half ago when I did the A/C in this car:

Thinner wall, smaller diameter, fits in tight places better and still has the same burst strength as conventional hoses.

Me too!

You will be fine. Operating pressure is 500 psi for the hose and the factory proof tests it at 1000 psi as a quality check before releasing it. As shown the minimum burst is 2000 psi across the board....and it goes a bit beyond that pressure.
