Making good gaps on a car the factory never cared to do is always fun. German cars are so much better at quality control…lolBottom of door gap is now consistent but, another large gap need to fix.

Got them off eBay. HECASA is the brand listed. Probably the same aftermarket Chinesium Classic Industries and everybody else sells. I’m sure they all come from the same Chinese factory.Which hinges did you use? We went with the OER ones from Classic Industries.
Makes me feel better that mine isn’t the only one messed up.That top door to fender curvature gap looks whacked on my car and it’s original. It will be nice to see how the body panel gaps should have been as opposed to how Chrysler actually did them
Wow. I thought mine were bad. Here is the passenger side door to fender gaps on mine. It is actually pretty good and consistent, this is probably the best the factory made it look. My driver side also original is not as nice, I’m going to play with it to try to get it as nice as the

That's an untouched gap as it left the factory. It's atleast pretty consistent but you would think Chrysler would have engineered the gaps a little better. Like I said, my drivers side is worse. Quality control back then was not a priority. It will be nice to see what "worked" gaps look like. I bet it will make the car look much cleaner and well refined.Wow. I thought mine were bad.
