Sorry to bother you. I have this bracket and I am not sure what it is for and where on the car it should be installed. My build is a 69 Super Bee.
There is a number 183 0223 stamped on it.
Thanks in advance and for all your assistance during this build.
Hi, my dashboard was modified by a previous owner and my builder decided not to correct it after I asked him to. Now I am trying to sort of where items were installed in the section of the dash where the radio resides and I cannot find this A/C Heater control light location. Any assistance would...
Thank you. That is good advice. The glass is below the felt but my issue is that there is no gap at the front and that is causing me the concern. I will adjust the stops so that the glass does not go down past the felts, however, I am still looking for a thinner inner felt as well.
Gents, I am sorry that I cannot seem to figure this out other than these fuzzies are simply too thick. Now that I put this quarter inside upper trim on, the glass just does not have the room to come up. I have looked at other Super Bees and it appears that the fuzzies on those cars are thinner...
Thank you this helps. I still cannot find the holes which is most likely due to the body filler that was put on by someone else. They covered all the holes.
I believe that these are for the outside stainless steel trim between the "A" Pillar and the vent window but I am not sure. They definitely have a left and a right to them.
Thank you as always.
Would anybody be willing to a picture of the inside trim or wind lace around your rear glass and please send it to me? I am looking for ideas. Thank you in advance.
Greetings. Does anyone know how these plastic pieces fasten to the inside of the rear windshield? I cannot find any information on how to secure it and what hardware is required?
I appreciate you all.
Thanks and regards
I do, How much force should there be to get them to snap in? I used a mallet and I thought they were moored in but then they would pop loose while try to get the front screw in. Tried 5 times to get this in.
That is correct. It uses 6 clips and one screw located in the front. I cannot seem to get the clips in without them deforming and when i did the weather seal was not on the inside. It has been a mess ever since and I even put a couple of scratches on this newly painted part.
Just got back my roof rail moldings from the power coater and even bought new clips and it has been a fiasco. I am trying to do this as a one man job but I am thinking the only was is for a second set of hands. Does any one have tips on how to install with one person? Thanks as always.
Regards
Thanks you all!! Going to look into the the Hemi and the Milodon Road Race pans. Any sump other than stock will not work but I will take a deeper sump option. Thanks again. Regards
Hi there. I wanted to ask if anyone has installed the Uni-Steer Rack-n-Pinion on the B-Body and if so what oil pan did you use? My engine builder provided a Milodon Street/Strip Triangulated 7-quart oil pan but that did not fit now that the rack has been installed. At the moment I have a stock...
Hi Pat. I did not contact him as of yet. I did not want to disturb what you were working on with him. I am assuming the ones I have were just like yours and now you might of found the correct set? I am interested in how they get stapled on that panel.
Thanks
Paul
Gents, I am in the same position as pturner. My "fuzzies" do not have the arch at the door side and these do not want to bend. Has anybody just used screws or other types of fasteners instead of the staples?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
