Hey guys out curiosity I've been wondering what king of mpgs you guys with 10 second cars get? All the cars I know personally are foxbodys and imports with the exception of a 68 Beaumont with an LS who spend 70 dollars to cross the city not quite the same as big block cars weighing twice as much. So what do you quick guys get?

Not on the road yet but I'm guessing/hoping for 5mpg or more lol when my foots not in it. 440/498 stroker 727 and 4.10s

Haha yeah alot of variables just curious about personal experiences

Lucky to get 3-4 MPG and it's a 11 second car.

I own a boat with big Mercruiser a boat so I'm used to it.

Keeping the oil industry in business is my goal.

Better hope gas prices stay low.
Sad thing is it used to be my daily driver but since I moved out in the country I've put probably-200miles on it in the last 3 years. new tires last year still have the nubs on them...

To quote the great Ranier Wolfcastle;
"1 highway, Zero City"

But seriously, Stella gets 18mpg and runs 11's

In the 1/8th...

As said way too many variables. NA, forced induction, big inch, small inch nitrous???

For NA, I can tell you a mid 10 sec S/S car with 8", 5,500 RPM converter and 2x4's will get around 1.5 just driving around. Less with your foot in it.

Now a turbo car with OD and EFI, small motor, might get 15-20? I'd like to hear some examples.

low 11's around 21mpg

when i take it easy some guys are getting down in the mid 10's

My 69 road runner with 440/727 combo is getting 12 mpg and runs high 10's with a 175 hp shot of noss. High 11's on motor.
