We have a 1965 Plymouth satellite with US car tools spring relocation kit and mini tubs with caltracs and mono leafs I would like to run 29.5–10 5W Tires and steel wheels if I can find anyone that makes them I was curious what others have used as far as wheel width and backspacing just to give me an idea also I've read that a 12 inch wheel is recommended with a 10 5W A rough measurement we think we would be around 7 inches of backspacing

I'm running a 325-50 x 15 on my 65'. Used the Specialty steel wheels. 15x10 with 5½" BS. Mini tub and spring relocation.

I told you a lie! The 325/50-15's are on my 68' Dart. My 65' has Hoosier 295/60-15's. I needed a little taller tire than the MT 325's for the Belvedere. Both wheels are 5½" BS. The wheel/tire combo is tight on the Dart. I could use a 2"-3" wider tire on the Bel without rubbing.

Not very good pictures but it's all I have on this tablet right now.

Thank you I have read with a 10.5w a lot of people say a 12" wheel but Mickey Thompson shows a spec wheel of 10" Hoosier recommends 8" to 10" and the spec wheel for measurement was 10" so that's what I'm going with thanks for the replies
