okay i have a 1967 440 came with a 318, now i have a 1968 318 motor and trans that go with the car. all the trim, or chrome is still there. it needs of tail lights radiator and drive shaft. now someone before me has stripped it and primed it so it has surface rust all over, the floors frame rails fire wall and Powell's are good with a few small places, smaller than a dollar, to patch the worst place is the rear quarters which know that they make patch panels for. i have it up for sail to recover some money that i just spent. so what is it worth? and can you give me some help on decoding the tag please

Mine was in a lot better shape when I bought mine but looking at the rust in the rear quarters I'm sure your outer wheelwells are gone, they don't repop those...anything above $1500 would be a bonus. Not bashing it but it's rough. How are the grill surrounds?

outer lips of the wheel wells are not hard to make, just saying

I love the 66-67 B bodies, but I have to be honest about it. It's a parts car IMO, and it's worth much more in parts than a whole. The mentioned grill surrounds if in good shape are the most valuable parts IMO. Until quality panels are made for these cars, you can sink 3-4 times the money into them than they are worth done. This is just my 2 cents worth and I'm not trying to offend anyone.
Your fender tag, it's a Coronet 440 318, automatic, bench seat 2 door hardtop with a AM radio. Not much else.

Well, as they say.... it only worth what's someone is willing to pay...But, $3000.00 to $6000.00 is probably a good starting point... 383 or 440 engined car would probably bring a little more. Rust hurts the value obviously, #'s matching always helps, along with completeness, if everything is there parts wise the new owner doesn't have to chase down parts. Saves time and money.

The way it sits it's worth about $1000. The owner maybe hard pressed to even get that. Lot of good parts.
