1969 GTX Paint schemes

Could some one tell me what the fender tag code would be for a 1969 GTX with two parallel black stripes on the hood? I assume they must be part of a trim package that includes other items. If you know what those items would be could you list them please. Thank you.

Do you mean V21 hood black out option?
That's pretty much it. You got the two 'stripes' on the hood.

I guess. I have no idea if that hood paint scheme was a 'one off' code on the fender tag or, if it was part of a trim package that included other items like fender mounted turn signals....etc with an indicating production code.
