1969 Road Runner sway bar bushings how to install or restore

I need help on the best method to restore my sway bar bushings where they mount to the K member. Does anyone have exact oe sets? how do I install them as they are welded brackets?

I've gotten several sets installed with silicone spray and pump pliers. Others have cut the weld, install a new bushing, and reweld.
