That’s looks like it could be solid block, I don’t see any passages for water going to the heads or the screw in freeze plugs.

Looks like a bunch of used parts from the shelves just slapped together to take some pictures. As mentioned being an old KB block it is probably a solid block and not streetable. (I have 2 of those blocks already myself). Cheapest I have seen parts in a while but still not worth that much to me in my opinion.
