If raising the rear end has been covered already, please reply with a link to the thread, I couldn't find one.
What is the best way to raise it 1 to 2 inches? Not interested in air shocks. Bags? Springs? Who sells them?

ESPO makes 1" and 2" over arched springs. I used the 1" over on my Cuda and was happy with the results. Seemed high initially but settled down with time.

just going through some old posts and thought i'd add this
if you like your current ride, new front perches with a 1" lower mounting hole will work for you.
easy to make ... 3 1/2" x 3/16" wall square tubing.Cut to length,cut off the face and drill away. New or re-arched springs will work as well.

If you drop your front spring mounting hole, be sure to recheck the pinion angle. Depending on the springs that you are using, the angle can change.

Just replacing your old springs with new ones will lift it some too.

Before and after changing to 1" over arched springs. The old springs had 5 leafs and were on the car for 20 years. New springs have 6 leafs. The dimension from the ground to the bottom edge of the wheel opening increased approx 2" in height.
