working on upgrade for my cabinet. Same issue everyone has with these inexpensive
cabinets. Got a small shop light to replace the supplied one you cant even tell is one and the air supply to a better gun. Finishing wiring it all tomorrow and doing the suction system tomorrow .

Wow I'm jealous of the front end! And everything's looking awesome, those wheels do fit the car really well. Great work!

I've got the same cabinet as you. I got sick and tired of constantly have to stop blasting to clear the gun, so early on I upgraded the gun to a Skat Blast. Best thing I ever did - works great now.

I'm going to have to look up "Skat Blast." I have the same cabinet and the gun just plain sucks! Other issue I have is the plexy glass. I ran out of the tear-off sheets and can't buy more from the cheap import store that sells the cabinet! What do you do for yours hunt2elk?

Working on my 68' Charger. I'm probably making some diehard charger fans upset but this is the kind I like. It had a 383 but that's being stroked to a 492 and the 8.75 is replaced with a Dana 60. The car never had a console but will now. RMS front to soon be installed.

This is the way I like to see a restoration go! A wise man once told me, "A car is meant to be enjoyed. If you enjoy it by looking at it, then make it a museum piece. If you enjoy it by driving it, then drive it. But you can't have both." (Thanks Grandpa) I say, if you're going to drive it, you have to make it your own. You have to make it perform to the standard you are used to. It's like that one commercial a few years back said, "When you turn your car on, does it return the favor?"

I want to do the same type of tubular front end as you have, Black68, but I have wondered how much better it actually performs. You will have to let us know if the swap is actually worth the "coin."

LOVE the build! (Now where's that stinkin' 'like' button?)

I just ordered my skat gun last night and upgraded my lighting at air and suction as well, we shall see. In the mean time, im trying out a new career :)

how did you like your front end kit, mine went in perfect. what size rims an offset did you go with. i got to order my wheels yet. looks real nice.

I love the set up for the front end and the RMS people are great to deal with. 18 front 20 rear. I want to say 4.5 for the front , rms said no larger than a 26" tire for their kit and I think 5? for the rear

thank you sir, yeah bill was awesome an cut me a good deal on the wilwood setup an moser axles. what did you go with tire size. how far away are you from rockford, il

I'm on my last one and will be needing more shortly also. Let me know if you find a source for them. I must have a little older model than you guys because my light is a different setup and I think works fine.

skat gun , looks great.

Got my new skat gun today in the mail, time to break it in.

Oh:( Well that's no good! I'll start blast cabinet tear-off post to see if others have the same issue.

That blast cabinet looks like a great addition to the shop, looks real good to, i always have to borrow one lol..

Pass door skin replaced and fender mounted on car to check gapping. Finally looking like a real car now. Still sitting alittle tall in the rear but that will be fixed.

Don't mean to commit blasphemy but this was my first project and not exactly what to do with it. Doesn't fit at the new house.
