68 RT charger

Hi guys,
Im looking for some history of my 68 charger,
Was build in st louis. And stayed in that area until the 90s and owned by a guy named kennedy. He dont want to talk about it.. so my lead is dead so far.. i have no buildsheet or fendertag..
It has darkerblue paint but orig it was lighter.. see one close-up pic..

i hope someone knows this car..

Yes could be, only thing he told me he sold it for personal stuff... so can be a hard thing to talk about..
