adjustment screw lock nut

hello can someone tell me the recommended touque setting for adjustment screw lock nuts on my roller rockers (big block) ,its all COMP CAM gear. I told 18 inch pound does this sound right .
I found some broken when changing a valve cover gasket told there was a bad batch of over hardened adjustment screws made some time ago ? replacing the lot now

18 inch pounds is 1 1/2 ft pounds, so no, not right. 20 ft/lbs sounds about right.
