Anybody know where to find a guide to the correct paint for misc. parts?

On my 69 Charger. Does anybody know the correct color black for the headlight/grill support and also the correct black for the dash frame? I'm thinking flat or satin, but not sure. Also do the 4 front inner fender splash shields get body color or black?

H2E , on my Chicken , I had a paint guy match the paint on the dash. It was a form of satin black. I did my splash shield in semi flat black because thats what they looked like originally.
