Hi there, I am trying to identify what these numbers mean on these two cams. I figured out its a Comp Cam roller but don't know how to determine the lifts, etc?

Well that doesn't seem so easy...
I did a little checking but can't correlate the sharpie writing with that cam?
It could be a custom?

Ya, thats what I am thinking. I just dont know how to correctly decipher what the writing translates to in cam specs.

You need access to the comp lobe master chart.
I would speculate a custom as well, to which I've had comp say
Uh, sorry duuude, we don't know anything...

Thanks guys. Mint tech dept you got there.

Put a caliper on the long and short of the lobe, to get a lift number.
Lobe - base circle, x 1.5 or 1.6

All the Comp cam lobe #s I have are 4 digit, not 3. CC could mean Crane Cams.

Actually, 323-5 and 329-5 are Comp lobes using the older designation.

The first cam matches the specs written on the box.

Actually, it appears that both cams are the same grind.

323/329 - @.020
287/292 - @.050
108 - lsa
.460/.440 lobe lift
