Im having trouble getting my holley 4160 600 CFM to work correctly. I just rebuilt it to fix leaking out of the bowls, but now when I turn the car on, fuel begins to start pouring out of the fuel bowl vents. It started to pour out near the secondaries, but now its pouring out near the primarys... I cant seem to get this right...

Im assuming its a float level issue?? I cant think of anything else, as the needle and seat are brand new.

if first time seating on needle & seats tap on the float adjuster lightly will usually seat them.I use the handle of the screwdriver...............Artie

If you have externally adjustable floats your problem is most likely the o-ring around the needle and seat assembly, assuming you don't have something in the actual needle and seat. Somewhere on here I posted the o-ring part numbers.
