Classic car oil

This oil is about as good as you can get for your classic car. I am friends with Lake Speed Jr the guy that runs the company and is the product developer. If I need to know oil applications he's the go to guy. He was with Joe Gibbs Racing before Driven was spun away from Gibbs ownership.

I broke my engine in using a high zinc break in oil. Right now I am running Mobile 1 High Mileage 5w30 which has 1100ppm zinc which should be ample. I hear a lot of people recommend the VR1 oil as it does have a high zddp package. Problem is it is a race oil and does not contain a cleaner package so the oil has to be changed more frequently. Good oil for a race motor though.
