I am currently running a C-Body 26inch rad in my 69 roadrunner that I had recored 10 years ago. It is a 3 core design. I am running 600hp with A/C. The car usually runs around 195 with no air and 210 with air. This is with a 180 stat at 80-90 F ambient.

I am doing a total restoration. So I would like to replace the rad with something more correct. I do have a new 3 core champion rad, but not sure if I am going to use that.

Any recommendations on a copper rad that fits properly and will work with 600 hp with air. Anybody use a US rad?

Check US radiator nice stuff .

I did call Glen Ray. The price was double the cost of a US Rad. I am sure it is a beautiful piece.

I bought a Griffin exact fit alum 26 for mine. Fit was great. I do not have it on the road yet though. I am also right at the 600 hp range with AC. I made sure I sealed the rad shroud tight against the rad. Also I installed the AC pulleys which spin the water pump a little faster.
