I have a '66 Coronet Hemi that I recently purchased, and in the process of checking all the brakes, wheel bearings, etc, I discovered that three wheels have 13/16 hex lug nuts, and the LF wheel has 3/4 hex lug nuts. The left side nuts are LH thread as they should be. Which is the correct original size for the car? The shop manual does not show it, only the thread size and the proper tightening torque.

IIRC, the 13/16ths is a Ford item.

13/16" might have been ford, don't know for sure. i think the 13/16" is now referred to as the "heavy duty". does anyone remember when the chrysler lugs were actually bolts?

Thanks for the answer, I knew I would find it here. Now, when I source the missing lug wrench, I can get the right one.
