Yeah , until it floods, burns to the ground or earthquakes !
Lucky for me and my Family its its Never affected us, But like 1967coronet440 said is about the truth, i'v been in Ca since I was 2 years old.

Oklahoma! Where the wind comes sweeping down the plain! And everything is frozen now...

Hasn't snowed here in 13 years... this is the 3rs time in 2 months!... on top of that my dam drivers window came off it's track...

50*+ here in the Central Sierras foothills today
kind of normal, when we don't have a cold front from up north
& warm weather coming from the Pacific...

We do get 4 seasons here where I live, sometime one season is more severe that others...
goes in about 3-7 year cycles

I'm glad we don't have a long wet snowy winter like last year,
knock on wood, "I don't have cabin fever this year"...

A damn site better than 2* to -20* or 3' of snow that stays on the flat lands for 5-6 months
& sky hi electric & propane bills or when the suns out, sweltering & staggering humidity
we have 300+ days a year average of no measurable precipitation &
usually low humidity, 11-12 months a year of collector car driving weather...

ya' gotta' love the weather, it's the only real constant here

earthquakes can be bad, strange how you get use too them
fires can be bad, my biggest fear where I live
floods & mudslides after the fires can be bad, don't have a flood problem here

Tornados in the plains, {now earthquakes too} the south east & Midwest
Hurricanes all over the south & southeast every year
torrential rains & lightning constantly in many areas
10'-12' Snow drifts up north & Lake effect &/or blizzards in the Midwest & northeast
Ice & slated roads
Volcanoes in some states like NorCal, albeit ours are dormant
also active volcanoes in the Cascades & up the Puget sound, from Washington to Alaska
There's a huge caldera {massive growing magma chamber} under Yellowstone park,
4 states worth
Floods every year along the Red River, Midwest & east from the Missouri & Mississippi,
from Minn. down to Miss. all them people still live in all the same areas that are affected
almost every year, by same river floods, hurricanes or tornados etc....

what state doesn't have it's natural disasters ?
or if they don't they have inner-shitty "shitholes"/mass population
70% of the pop. is east of the Mississippi, no thanks
& the same issues we have, as anywhere else...
With far shittier weather, no thanks...

California is a huge vast state, we have all kinds of weather here,
depends on where you live & what you get use to I guess...
I've been here since July 12th 1959, I've been to all the US states
IMO we have the best overall weather & all 7 wonders of the world
"all in this one state"

I know this might be normal temp where some of y’all from but in Mississippi it’s downright ridiculous. Snow twice this year. Gotta be Trump.....
