Dash Cluster Burned Out

Yep, huge bummer. Installed new harness front to back ,everything was great then smoke from the top air vent. PANIC! Anyway, wiring shorted and melted so I need to find someone who can rebuild it. Been on Google without much luck other then digital, which I really don't wanna do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
