For anyone that's wants to know , 69 to 70 door pad uppers are different. They will both work on each others years but the grain & color, are definitely different ! 69 pads are black & the grain is much much smoother & 70 is dark charcoal & the grain is very defined.

Too funny, but I just remember gathering parts, back in the day, to do a nice resto on my 70 Charger & was told a number of times, " theres NO difference" . Ended up buying very expensive & very nice original 69 door pads & they didnt match the 70 rears ,door panels, seats ,tec.. ,you get my drift.
Not really noticeable until you start putting it all together or lay them out like these.
