Drum to Disc 1970 Satellite

Howdy guys.

Im trying to figure out what to look for, i will go drum to disc on a 1970 Satellite 4 door 14" wheels, so what year and model would be bolt on.

My car is no power brakes so i will need the boster too.

I've got a 5th Ave donor car. I haven't done it yet, but I did verify that 14" rallye wheels work on the front.
