Manual single brake master cyl. to dual power 4 wheel drum

My '66 Belvedere has a single resivore master cylinder with 4 wheel drum brakes. The master cylinder is bad and I would like to convert to a dual resivore power booster and leave my 4 wheel drum for now. I know I will need to do some brake line work, but will I need anything else? I'm looking at Classic Industries MBM kit mm3066, master cylinder, booster and bracket. When I search this it looks like most go ahead and at least convert the front to disc. Trying to keep this repair cost lower, so that is why I'm looking at going this way for the time being. I didn't get to drive it much this year due to the break problems and want to put some miles on it next summer. My ears are open and listening to advice.

I believe the 67 OEM master will bolt on. Rock Auto is my source for this item. Split the front to rear lines at the junction block below the master and make your own lines.

You will not regret spending the time and money for a front disc conversion.

Dr Diff is a great resource.
 
My 66 is converted to dual system.
He just ordered lines and such for a 67.
100% of it was a bolt on. 11" front and rear


My other 66 had manual disc brakes front with 10" rear drums

Being 100% honest.
It didn't stop any better than the drum brake car. IMO

The gain it had is after multiple panic stops or after long down hiil runs where you were on the brakes a lot.
 
I would just plumb in a 67 up master, as stated above, and forget the booster. A booster on a drum brake system is a waste of time and money, in my opinion.
