I know she’s a C Body, but I’ve been so happy with how much help this site has been. I just had to share a pic! Made the swap over to non AC pulleys. Yes, the 2 groove pulley works with my flapper mounted TRW. Can’t wait to hear the old girl run! Thanks for everyone’s help so far :)

I also modified my driver’s side motor mount. A 3/8 x 2 1/2” bolt through the rubber part to sandwich the metal plates and prevent the engine from tearing the mount. Apparently our Mopars are notorious for this? This is my first car and given how powerful these 440’s are off the line, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to make the modification now while everything is easy to access!

Held in with a nylock bolt for peace of mind!

Initially used a normal bolt, but even after grinding the head down it was too fat for my liking. I switched over to a countersunk bolt instead. Now it sits darn near flush on the mount.

Now I won’t have to deal with a pesky broken motor mount!

I don't understand what you meant by "Flapper mounted TRW".
Looks clean. I wish they could stay looking that good.

Good for you. And well done on the motor mount.
This was on a 68 Newport??

Thank you! It's a '68 New Yorker 2 door hardtop. Goal for the car is a clean / lowered cruiser. It has Cragar SS wheels and pin whites on it. Can't wait to see it on the road!
