Engine builder in or near Cleveland

Any of you folks out there know a good Mopar engine builder in the Cleveland, OH area. I am looking for someone to build the rotating assembly for my 426 wedge for my 64 Polara project.

Thanks. I ill look into his shop and see if he can be my builder. I want my 426 wedge to run as good as it can on the street and strip.
