Facelift for my stairs.

It’s abstract ! And there’s no chance anyone getting vertigo and tripping when going down .
I’m a floorsander for 35years and stairs are always dangerous but yours are less so.

I LIKE it a LOT!! True sign of a wood aficionado Brother, and besides, it is a great thing to have such obvious definition is places that have steps. As we grow older it becomes a bit more difficult to see the elevation change at steps and those color/shade differences help define the step and avoid trips and falls! I would not be offended by grain direction if you did the curve as opposed to angles, but I KNOW how much more it would take to make the curve!
