flat black hood paint

I want to paint my hood a deep dark, low reflective, black. And it needs to be durable- no fade. Possibly a Mopar factory color? I have seen street rods painted like what I want, but hard to explain. Thanks for any input..............MO

it's called organisol search for it via google or another search engine.

I used SEM hotrod black to paint my duster like the V24 option. It is a catalized single stage urethane. Had good luck out of it.

Yep, PPG 9355 is the organisol and it has a texture additive. If you want simple low gloss black then the SEM as mentioned is probably the best thing going.

This is a "reproduction" of the original hood paint. Looks awesome - but don't get any wax on it!
