That Eldorado in the last pic was one scary piece,from what I've read/seen about it. How it passed tech(even then),I don't know. I think it had an all-steel body as well.

My older brother's know the story a lot better than I do.

After Landy was done with the car it was for sale at a local Dodge dealership. It was being marketed as a car with some "high performance goodies" on it. My brother has a copy of the local newspaper clipping, it's pretty cool!

A younger man purchased the car. Drove it around for a while. It broke down, he brought it in to my Dads service station, had it fixed , and then never came to pay the bill. My Dad "acquired" the car after so many days, and turned it into his racecar. My dad raced it for many years, he ended up selling it in the late 70's early 80's to fund his 70 Challenger 440 6pk racecar.

Me and my brother talked to the guy that owns and restored Landy's 67 Coronet and he said whenever there was talk about this 68, my Dads name kept coming up.

Don't know the whereabouts of this car? Wish I did! It would be the one to have, as far as I'm concerned!
