Here is what I hope is the final arrangement with the Alternator, AC compressor and Power steering Pulley "shim" and "alignment" battle I have been struggling with for 3 weeks. Looks "straight" and I am able to RUN 2 belts for the Alternator to the Sanden AC compressor.
The Hansen Stage V Heads have no "BOSS" on the drivers head. I had to fab a bracket and use multiple shims.
Anybody doing the Hansen HEMI Head AC project, I hope this helps!

I wound up going with the BPE 'hidden' ac brackets. Doesn't use a head boss. Lot of effort to get it aligned, but hopefully it will stay put.

So with the hidden ac kit, I assume an electric fuel pump is mandatory?

By the way, both engines are friggin' AWESOME!!!!!!!
