This was a test run to see if I felt comfortable painting the whole car.
I'm not completely comfortable but I'm going to give it a shot. If it comes out like garbage, I can always have it re-done

It's just like they say about welding. It'll look good if you're good with a grinder. That's why God gave painters sandpaper.

So, unfortunately as of now, the engine is "stored"
My engine guy was hospitalized a while back with colon cancer and while being treated for that, they found he needed 4 stents installed.
May have been the reason for the lack of enthusiasm over the last couple of years.
