Headers Question

Here's another vote for TTI.

TTI's especially are good if you have any "B" big blocks (e.g. 383, 400). Since RB blocks like the 440 are taller, headers will fit differently, so just having "big block headers" often doesn't work well. TTI is one of the few companies that make different headers for B vs. RB engines. TTI headers are pricey, but in my opinion are well worth it.

Let me add a twist to the topic. Why not stick with the exhaust manifolds from the factory. If you're not all out racing, they will be plenty and if you have to replace the starter, you will be happier.
Have a nice day! 3 cars or no cars!

Guys, I didn't know there was an unwritten litmus test to be a member here or post.
Let the owner know he needs to change the posted rules if you feel that strongly.
Nobody here is forced to respond to anyone felt beneath their standards.

WTF?
If the guy is genuine then fine, but no normal people like being taken for a ride by a time waster. Do you? There's no "standards" here, we're all car guys, rich or poor.

I just asked a question as I noticed some other posts by this new guy where he had a '68 Road Runner, then a 400 Cu in motor in his 73 Roadrunner, and now his 440 '69 GTX.
4 posts, 3 different cars, no Welcome Wagon intro, no response to initial posts = Caution.

So then, you say the standard is "genuine"?
I personally don't think many here can handle genuine, but then what you and I think really should not matter to anyone else.

Another vote for TTI. But unless your motor mounts and trans mounts are new, I would recommend replacing them first. A worn mount can mean all the difference a header fitting, or needing a few wacks with a big hammer to fit.

Far out, you just love to argue and nit-pick everything.

Let me make it nice and easy for you to understand: If the OP really has 3 different cars and is asking for assistance on them then that is ok by probably 99% of the population, however if he doesn't have 3 different cars (or any cars) and is just wasting everyone's time then it is not ok by probably 99% of the population.
