I own a 66 satellite as well.

Good morning Don,
Have you done any work to the interior of your '66 Satellite? The picture I enclosed goes behind the top of the rear seat. I got a box of screws with the car, but I'm not sure if any of them go to it. Are you familiar with those fasteners?

Sorry I didn't see that you had asked about this.
Mine was loose as well when I bought the car it was a painted shell.
I don't recall exactly what I did for fasteners. I got various bags of stuff with the car.
When I get an opportunity I'll take a look and let you know.
But the car is about 10 minutes away but I go over and do a few things occassionally (weather dependant).
