Any time the wife starts hinting about me giving more help with the housework, I ask when a good time would be for her to come outside to mow, and trim trees and pull weeds.

My lady friend wanted a squirrel guard for her bird feeder. Took an old aluminum sign and made one up. Most are bolted ridged to the post. I took it one step further and made it swivel. Got a nice meal out of the deal

Not yet, I'm ahead on squirrels by 100's to 0. 36"x30" aluminum sheet to keep squirrels ( note squirrel hanging pic 2)
away. Had to add weight to bottom because of wind, cybel blank from work Ziljen didn't get scrap. Bears 3 fran 0, bears are tough.

So I got busy with demolition today on our Rumpus Room....removed the last piece of plaster ceiling and the framework under it. Very therapeutic work it was....covered in plaster and crap...I got my wife to come take a look at the new space gained. We were standing back admiring the wall, and I said to her "I've always wanted to do this...." and threw my hammer at the wall. She looks, laughs, and then gives me the eye when I poke my head around the corner......
She looks in horror at the other side of the wall....I just said "I can fix that, easy"....
I think I over-cooked the back-swing
Don't panic....that wall is getting done soon anyway.

boss lady told me last night my honeydo list was getting longer. i hid the pen she makes the list out with. bought me some time
It is basically a spare room, has been used as a bedroom (huge one) in the past, used now as an office/games room, junk storage, second lounge.
