I've looked through what books I've got and can't find out how many '67 Belvedere convertibles were made. Does anyone have those figures? I want to make some modifications, but not to radical if there weren't that many made.

Thanks, I was hoping the number was higher though. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Belvederes were the bottom line below GTX and Satellites right?

Yes you are correct...GtX was top of the line....A little over 680 ragtops were made for the GTX.Somewere around 733 were hemi cars, that was an option...2486were 4 speed cars..383gts is correct on the count for 67 belvedere,s there were 1552 made..

and 1551 of them are potentially unmodified...
I have shaved side trim, wheel well trim, rocker trim, hood letters, hood ornament, fender emblems (except pentastar), trunk finish panel (running single Belvedere backup lights), dash surround trim, filled in the radio opening and moved it up to where center A/C vents would be. Also painted it a modern color. Plan to add power windows/locks and eventually 4 or 5 speed with steeper gears. Still running a 318/727 though. I LOVE this car, and I love it even more as it sits now... It's your car, do what makes you happy.

kinda hijacking thread...forgive me...but is there a link somewhere to production numbers for 66-67 belvederes?...i have a 66 belv with factory air and just wondering if it was somewhat rare option or not....and color, etc...thanks in advance.

I would be interested in the same thing. I had a Red Book for Chargers years ago, but have no idea where it is. I haven't really been able to find anything like it though. Anyone have any ideas?
