I'll be running a high HP forced induction big block, with A/C that I plan on road racing racing in the desert and am trying to find the biggest aluminum rad i can get. Best I can figure is the bottom hose bung is the inlet.

You are correct that the lower "hose nipple" is the inlet. FYI, you're picture is a cross-flow Chevy style radiator that many people prefer. It works by suction via the water pump on the inlet side.

Might have layed the sarcasm on there a bit thin/thick. :)

so the lower rows will see movement of fluid then. might be wrong to assume it might be less movement. To might it LOOKS as if the further away from the inlet and outlet it is, the slower it might flow not that, really matters since it's all passing through.

I wonder, would that bottom still be the intlet on a 440?
