How to unhook these wires off ac/heater box

1st 2 pics Pass side bottom of box brown and blue wire. I dont want to break anything. 3rd pic how does the black wire shield open to get the wires out driver side for back lights. thanks

Grab the blue and brown wire with a needle nose pliers and pull em straight down. They are just spade connectors. As far as the black channel on the driver side, the center piece just slides down.

Shield will open at its seem. It just clips together.
