To me wheels to a car guy are like shoes to a woman....how well they go with the outfit matters a lot.
What looks good on one car might not look so good on another.
I rolled with black steelies for awhile until I put the torq-thrusts on, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'd like them on everything.
My car's white with a black hood so black wheels looked good to me. I don't care for them as much on say a red or yellow car, but for the OPs silver/black combo I'd do those over the Ralleys without even thinking about it.
My rules for wheels/tires are they MUST be inside the fenderwells (and have some decent width) and the tops of the tires MUST NOT be visible. After that, it's all style preference...
