To me wheels to a car guy are like shoes to a woman....how well they go with the outfit matters a lot.
What looks good on one car might not look so good on another.
I rolled with black steelies for awhile until I put the torq-thrusts on, but that doesn't necessarily mean I'd like them on everything.
My car's white with a black hood so black wheels looked good to me. I don't care for them as much on say a red or yellow car, but for the OPs silver/black combo I'd do those over the Ralleys without even thinking about it.
My rules for wheels/tires are they MUST be inside the fenderwells (and have some decent width) and the tops of the tires MUST NOT be visible. After that, it's all style preference...

Those look good on there. Like a Cragar only a little different shape. B5 needs a shiny wheel. So does F8 and most of the dark colors.

Keystones on Creme. They look like Magnums from a distance. Cragar SS's on black.
