Has anyone used a Stage V intake manifold on a Indy Motor, trying to find out if they fit. I have been told , might be an issuse with the Indy Heads ?? Dont want to find out after I order therm.

Thanks

I have Stage V heads & manifold on a stock "May 1969 Hemi".
Sorry, dont know the answer BUT INDY will tell you.
BTW, If I was to do it over I would not do Stage V for a street car.
My reason? Heads are larger than Mother Mopar, head and valve cover clearence issues with the heater blower motor on passenger side firewall. Also, I'm running a AC unit on my Superbee. The Hansen Stage V heads do not have a "BOSS" on the drivers side head to mount your AC bracket. You have to "MOD" a bracket. Third: the carb spacing is greater on Stage V. I initially had the Holley "short bowl" modification but couldnt get a "Hemi style" aircleaner (Cassell.net) so I bought Edelbrocks.
Everyone smarter than me told me to go with the Stage Vs so, I did.
Great heads, great company. Maybe a better "race head"? All in all I'm happy.
